IT jobs for freshers
Here is the honest version first, because every other fresher job site will tell you something else: roughly one role in ten on this board is entry level or junior. That is a short list. It is also a list where everything is real, posted in the last week, and still open this morning — which is not true of the thousand results you were promised elsewhere.
How it works
- Filter to the roles that will actually consider you The level filter has Intern / Graduate and Junior as separate options. Picking them removes the seven hundred senior roles that would reject you on years alone, and the count beside each tells you what is left before you click.
- Search by what you have learned, not what you have done The keyword box reads the full job description. Searching Python, SQL or React finds every posting that asks for it, including the ones whose titles are vague — and as a fresher, the technology is the part of your resume that matches.
- Fix the resume before you send it anywhere A first resume is usually rejected for format, not for lack of experience. Paste a job description and the ATS score shows how yours reads to the software that screens it, with the keywords it is missing listed.
- Let the new ones come to you Entry-level roles appear in bursts around graduate hiring season. Set up matching once and each new posting is scored against your resume overnight, so you are not refreshing a page every morning for three months.
What a fresher gets out of this
- A short list you can finish A hundred-odd entry and junior roles at any time, not ten thousand. You can read all of them in an evening and apply to the ones that fit, which is a better use of a week than skimming forever.
- No fake listings Everything comes from the employer’s own recruiting system and is re-confirmed daily. There are no consultancy adverts harvesting resumes, and nothing that was filled in August.
- Real companies, named Every posting carries the employer’s name and links to their own application page. You always know who you are applying to before you spend time on it.
- A resume that gets past the filter Templates built so an applicant tracking system can read them — selectable text, one column order, no tables for a parser to lose. This matters more for a first job than for any later one, because you have no referral to fall back on.
- Tailoring that cannot invent experience The rewriting works only from what you have actually written and is checked against your original afterwards. A fresher resume embellished by a chatbot falls apart in the first interview, and this is built so it cannot do that to you.
- Interview questions from the posting Once a role interests you, the interview prep generates questions from that job description and your resume — the ones you would be asked about the gap between them.
Why this list is shorter than the others
Sites that promise fifty thousand fresher jobs get there by counting the same role many times, keeping expired adverts, and listing consultancies who are collecting resumes rather than hiring. The number is the product. Nobody checks it, because checking would make it smaller.
This board is collected from employers’ own systems, carries the last seven days only, and re-checks every morning that each role is still advertised. What that leaves is around a hundred entry and junior roles — fewer in India specifically. It is a smaller number and a true one, and you will waste less of a short, anxious few months on it.
If the list looks thin on the day you visit, that is information too: graduate hiring is seasonal. Setting up matching means the next intake finds you instead.
Common questions
- How many fresher jobs are there really?
- Around a tenth of the board is entry level or junior, and the live count is shown on the filter before you click it. India-based fresher roles are a smaller share again — the number moves daily, and the page never pretends it is bigger than it is.
- Is it free?
- Browsing, searching and filtering the jobs costs nothing and needs no account. Building a resume, scoring it and exporting a PDF are also free; an account is needed to save your work.
- I have no experience. What goes on the resume?
- Projects, coursework, internships and anything you built on your own, written as what you did and what came of it. The builder has worked examples you can edit into your own, and the ATS score tells you how what you have written reads against a specific posting.
- Should I apply to senior roles anyway?
- Generally not, and the level filter exists so you do not have to decide one posting at a time. A role asking for eight years will be screened on that before anybody reads your resume; the time is better spent on the ones that will.
- Will it apply for me?
- No. It finds the roles, scores them, writes a resume tailored to the posting and prepares the answers it can — then you submit on the employer’s own site, which is the only way these companies accept applications.
- Why are so many roles outside India?
- The board follows employers who publish machine-readable job feeds, and those are disproportionately global technology companies. Many of them do hire in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai — filter by country to see only those.
